SUPPORT FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS

Our support can continue after arrival. During the contract period, your employee will have a dedicated contact person for any practical questions related to their relocation. We will help them identify the appropriate services, resources, and organizations, and guide them when new needs arise.
Our goal: to enable the employee to gradually become autonomous in their new environment, while avoiding the need for HR teams to manage the practical issues related to their installation on a daily basis.

We work with them to develop a relocation plan and assist them with their initial practical steps in Canada: obtaining a Social Insurance Number (SIN), opening a bank account, setting up a phone line, arranging transportation, accessing local services, and providing referrals to appropriate organizations when necessary.

Accommodation search
Prepare for your arrival with a housing solution tailored to your needs.
We work with your employee to define their criteria: budget, family composition, work location, travel requirements, preferred sector, and daily needs. We support them in identifying sectors and options that match their criteria and in the practical preparations for their relocation. Depending on the chosen package, we can also coordinate certain essential services related to their arrival.
Our goal: to reduce the time and stress associated with searching and settling in so that your employee can arrive with a prepared residential solution and focus more quickly on their professional integration.
Welcome & Arrival
An organized arrival right from the airport exit.
After a long journey, your employee doesn't need to worry about the logistics of their arrival right away. Depending on the package chosen, we organize their transfer from the airport to their new home, coordinate their arrival at the accommodation, and can prepare welcome essentials for their first 24 to 48 hours.
