Property Visits and Monitoring
A trusted presence when you cannot be there in person.
Are you away, travelling or do you own a property that you do not occupy permanently? We carry out scheduled visits to visually check the general condition of the premises and to point out any situation requiring your attention.
Depending on the service chosen, we can send you a report accompanied by photos.
Our goal: to allow you to keep an eye on your property remotely and leave with greater peace of mind.

Coordination of Home Services
You organize, we can be there.
Cleaning, exterior maintenance, snow removal, delivery, technician, repairman or other service provider: when you cannot be present, we can coordinate access to the property, welcome the service provider and verify that the planned service has taken place.
We then provide you with useful information and, where relevant, photos.
Our goal: to save you the trouble of having to travel or reorganize your day simply to supervise an intervention at your home.

Some requests don't fit into a specific category. We can create a customized package to suit your needs: preparing the property before your return, receiving certain deliveries, being present for a home appointment, coordinating several services, or other practical needs agreed upon in advance.
