Refund Policy

Consultations and services are offered by appointment.

Cancelation

Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Delay or absence

In the event of an absence without prior notice, the company reserves the right to refuse a future booking or to apply administrative fees, if applicable.

Refund

Consultation services already provided are non-refundable.
If an advance payment has been made for a service not rendered, a refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
